Suzlon Energy has bagged an order from Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals for setting up a wind energy project in Gujarat. The scope of work includes setting up of 21 MW wind energy project in Rajkot district of Gujarat. The project would comprise Suzlon’s 14 units of 1.5 MW wind turbines. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
