West Bengal Power Development Corporation has invited bids for Main Plant Package for Unit 3 & 4 of 2 x 500 MW Sagardighi Thermal Power Project Extension at Manigram Village in Mushidabad district of West Bengal. The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacture, fabrication, shop testing, supply, transportation, storage, insurance, erection, testing and commissioning of stream Generator & Auxiliaries, Turbine Generator & Auxiliaries, Circulating Water & Auxiliary Cooling Water System, Fuel Oil Handling System, Compressed Air System, Unit Transformers, station Transformers, 11 KV, 3.3 KV & 415 V Switch Gear, 400 KV Switchyard bay, Control & Instrumentation of the total plant & auxiliary package including civil, structural and architectural works excluding twin-flue chimney, control room, coal handling plant, water intake & plant water system, ash handling plant and laboratory equipments.
