Larsen & Toubro has bagged an order worth Rs. 68970 million from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company for 3 x 660 MW Super Critical Boiler Turbine Generator units at Koradi in Nagpur district of Maharashtra. The scope of work includes desing, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning of super-critical boilers, steam turbine generators and assocaited auxiliaries besides substantial balance of plant equipment and services such as transformers, plant electricals, state of the art controls and instrumentation system and civil and architectural works. The scope of work also incudes setting up manufacturing capabilities for the other critical equipment including pressure piping, coal pulverizers, ESPs, and heavy forging.
