Pratibha Industries has bagged an order worth Rs. 1500 million from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for construction related works. The scope of work includes construction of a multi level parking with commercial development at the New Delhi Railway station-cum -Airport terminal of Airport Express line on Build-Operate-Transfer basis. The project involves construction of four levels of car parking and two levels of commercial space. The project is estimated to be completed in 15 months and would have a concession period of 30 years. The company would recover the cost of the project through collection of parking charges and lease rentals of the commercial property.
