KEC International has bagged an order worth Rs. 5870 million from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company for augmentation of transmission network and enhance the ability to transfer and transmit power across the state. The scope of work includes survey, design, engineering, planning, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of the following

500 Kms. of 132 KV S/C and D/C Transmission lines along with 44 Nos. of 132 KV substation End bays.

643 Kms. of 220 KV S/C and D/C Transmission lines along with 26 Nos. of 220 KV substation End bays.

The project is to be executed in Nagpur, Amravati and Aurangabad zones in Maharashtra.
