Toyo Engineering on behalf of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals has invited Expression of Interest bids for construction of Cooling Water system at Mangalore in Karnataka. The scope of work includes design, basic and detailed engineering, soil investigation, procurement, supply, manufacture, fabrication, erection, inspection, expediting, third party inspection, carrying out route surveys for over dimensional consignments, transportation of all equipments / materials to the work site storage, materials management, construction, assembly, installation, testing, post weld treatment, piping works, coating and painting, including cooling tower basin, pumps, chemical dosing system, filtration, instrumentation & control system, mechanical, electrical, civil works related to Cooling water system including supply of mandatory spares for better performance of Cooling Water System of capacity 18300 cu.m/hr, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance guarantee test run and handing over of Cooling Water System at Aromatic Complex in Mangalore Special Economic Zone on lump sum turnkey basis. The scope of work shall also include civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping and fire fighting work related to Cooling water system.
