National Thermal Power Corporation has invited bids for Civil Works for Cooling water and Make Up Water System package for 2 x 500 MW Mauda Super Thermal Power Project at Mauda in Nagpur district of Maharashtra. The scope of work includes fabrication and erection of Structural Steel/ Pipes of the following major structures/ facilities:
• CW pump house including fore bay, switchgear room,
• Station Aux. CW pump house including forebay etc.
• CW ducts from CW pump house upto Transformer yard and from Transformer yard to Cooling Tower,
• RCC CW channel,
• Raw water pump house including forebay etc.
• Stop logs, Trash Racks, Lifting beams with hoists in CW pump house, Station Auxiliary CW pump house and raw water pump house
• Laying of make-up water pipes and effluent disposal pipe having diameter less than 1000mm with wrapping & coating, cathodic protection, excavation, backfilling etc. complete (supply of these pipes are included in Make up water pipes Package).
